We are dedicated in promoting online knowledge and awareness of the demands of the ever changing behavioral sciences field for professional competency.
Our philosophy

We believe in people

Our philosophy is rooted in the understanding that the best clinical care begins with the care and development of the clinician. That means providing learning spaces that are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in real-world practice.

We honor the diverse identities, experiences, and stages of development our learners bring with them.PsychBloom exists to nurture the heart of the helping professional, through education that is thoughtful, challenging, and affirming.

Because when clinicians bloom, so do their clients, communities, and the systems they work within.
Our Founder & Lead Instructor

Professor Dr. Britt, PsyD, LMFT

Dr. Britt is a clinical educator, licensed marriage and family therapist, and passionate advocate for the professional and personal growth of mental health providers. With over a decade of experience in the field, Dr. Britt has worked across diverse clinical settings, ranging from community mental health to private practice and supervision, always with a commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

Through PsychBloom, Dr. Britt brings her deep understanding of the clinician’s journey into every course she designs, offering training that is practical, empowering, and grounded in real-world application. As both a therapist and educator, Britt understands that continuing education should be more than just checking boxes. She founded PsychBloom to create a space where clinicians feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow with intention, professionally, ethically, and emotionally.

Her work centers around nurturing the heart of the helping professional, with a focus on topics like trauma, clinical boundaries, burnout prevention, supervision, and culturally competent care.

When she’s not teaching, Britt is mentoring new clinicians, developing resources for professional wellness, and working to transform how mental health professionals engage in lifelong learning.
“A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.”
